Domino's Pizza and Self-Driving Vehicles

Domino's Pizza plans to test self-driving pizza delivery in Houston, and the world's largest pizza
company is collaborating with Nuro, a Silicon Valley startup specializing in the manufacture of self-driving delivery vehicles. It has already collaborated with Krueger stores and has already delivered groceries in self-driving vehicles in Arizona and Houston since late last year.

Domino's Pizza says the Noro Pizza Delivery Test will begin in September or October at one location in Houston. It will eventually include more stores where customers can submit their orders online, track the location of the car and pick up their pizza from the car using a special code.

Domino's Pizza, Michigan, began testing automatic delivery two years ago in partnership with Ford, but with a safety driver on the steering wheel.
